We are able to advise you if your rents are too low or too high, whether renewal rents should increase and by how much, or whether renewals are too aggressive and should be lowered to reduce turnover.

On a daily basis, our residential team shows available apartments, processes applications, performs credit and background checks as a pre-requisite to concluding a lease. In the interests of growing and sustaining building occupancy levels, we strive to give residents a positive experience from the onset of their process to join our community; a key part of that, is online access to management and the ability to pay their rent online through our user-friendly Rent Café leasing portal. Once settled in, tenants have a myriad of needs and we expediently respond to their phone calls and emails daily, should any maintenance issues arise.
